Everyone loves good food. Everyone wants to look good and be trim and everyone is fighting hard to bring a balance between the two. But that’s just not enough to fight away excessive fat. One has to exercise and be active. Eat sensibly; avoid unnecessary sweets and fried snacks. The calorie intake should be according to your calorie requirements. A little precaution and control, goes a long way in fighting the battle of the bulge. More impotantly, one should be active in some sort of moderate walking, or yoga or some aerobic activity. This should be part of one’s daily routine besides the usual routine of work, office, etc. All this together, will go a long way in not putting on weight.
